Why I Ride
The cause. The challenge. The camaraderie, food and fun. Why do you ride?
“The RIDE was a great first event for a relatively new road cyclist like me! Thank you so much for organizing a well-coordinated, fun and meaningful event!”
- Sikorsky Rider
“As a veteran with two sons who have also served, The RIDE was a good day to remember all those who have served our country”
“The people are the best -- The RIDE was fun and the mission of CVLC is exceptional. Our Vets deserve our continued support. We need to give it every day."
- Ginny G.
“It was a wonderful day and so great to support such an important organization that serves those who have served us.” – Jeff U.
“The RIDE for Our Vets is a fun, challenging ride for a great cause, a perfect early season ride. CVLC does great work supporting our Vets so it’s a ride you will feel great participating in. A super fun day!” – Point72 Rider
"Seems to me that cycling 100 miles is nothing compared to the sacrifices Veterans have made for us. We all need to work hard to see that Veterans have the medical care they need, decent homes to live in and meaningful jobs. Thankfully CVLC helps our Veterans get there. "
- Len Miller
