Another CVLC pro bono volunteer attorney comes through for a veteran! Jane Milas, of  Garcia and Milas, helped Bianca Cruz, a Navy veteran sexual assault survivor, fight her unjust separation. Bianca’s discharge upgrade opens up many new opportunities.
