On December 22nd, John R. received notification that the military granted CVLC’s petition and upgraded him to fully honorable. He no longer has the burden and stigma of an OTH, and can now access VA healthcare and disability benefits. “My biggest goal was to get an upgrade, the fact that it’s here and honorable… I’m in shock,” Mr. R told his legal team. “Having someone push on my behalf was a life-changer. I’ve been working on this for 18 years, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of CVLC,” says Mr. R.
