CVLC celebrates the passing of SB 284.  CT expands benefits to veterans with PTSD and bad paper discharges. We see first-hand the devastating effects that “Other Than Honorable Discharges” have on veterans. Now so many more injured veterans can get the benefits they need to enjoy a life of dignity and purpose.

Another CVLC pro bono volunteer attorney comes through for a veteran! Jane Milas, of  Garcia and Milas, helped Bianca Cruz, a Navy veteran sexual assault survivor, fight her unjust separation. Bianca’s discharge upgrade opens up many new opportunities.
