On February 2, we welcomed an incredible group of people to our newest offices: Captain Matthew E. Auger USNR Office in New London. Generously donated by Suisman Shapiro Attorneys-at-Law, this space marks an important milestone for CT Veterans Legal Center as we work to reach Veterans in every region of Connecticut.
There were too many extraordinary people to thank, however we do want to give special thanks to Matt Auger’s daughter Bree Dolce. Bree’s commitment to honoring her father’s legacy through service is an inspiration and we are proud to help carry Matt’s work forward for many, many years to come.
Read more about our opening and how this space will help Veterans in this article from The Day. Please note that the article is behind a paywall.
For now, the Captain Matthew E. Auger USNR Office in New London will be open once a week on Thursdays from 10:00a – 2:00p or by appointment. Additional drop in times will be available in the future.
